You can’t claim to know London like a local if you’ve never experienced traditional British high tea. Thus, who better to “take tea” with than THE afternoon tea expert herself. Eileen honed my tea-etiquette skills so smartly I would have been ready had the Queen rung up to drop by for a cuppa at Buckingham P ... and all without a bit of that hoity toity. So keep your pinky finger down, remember to use the strainer and don’t feed the corgis any scones under the table. Just sit back, think of England and enjoy.

I went to afternoon tea as an amateur enthusiast, and came out as a satiated etiquette and history expert! The food was delicious, but Eileen’s carefully chosen snippets of information enhanced the whole experience. Eileen has a lovely manner about her, and gently guided the company through the meal, her insightful interjections were delightful and an education.
